A Journey of Dedication
Malou’s career with us began 14 years ago, a time marked by her passion for finance and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Starting as a MOA employee in the Administrative Assistant II position, she has consistently exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and proficiency, progressing to the role of Administrative Officer II Contractual position.

Impact and Influence

Throughout her tenure, Malou has been more than just a colleague; she has been a mentor, a leader, and a source of inspiration. Her expertise in handling reports has not only guided her team to success but has also nurtured the growth of ADSP. In 2016, Ms. Malou was tasked with handling reports for submission to the World Bank. Despite her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Commerce, financial reporting was not her forte, which made the task difficult and challenging for her. She almost considered resigning. However, determined to overcome the challenge, Ms. Malou sought help from her colleagues. After four months of coaching, she finally grasped the process of completing the reports. Her insights and strategic cleverness have been instrumental in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities for us.

A Loving and Dedicated Mother
A devoted mother, her role in the department sustains her financially. Both her son and daughter have graduated from college and secured promising careers. Her work has brought her numerous practical and emotional rewards. The department has become a cherished second home and family to her. As Ms. Malou prepares for retirement, she will surely reminisce fondly about these meaningful connections and experiences.
