The Financial Management Service conducted its Mid-Year Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Workshop on June 19-21, 2024 at the Club Balai Isabel Resort in Talisay, Batangas to identify issues, concerns and challenges encountered in accomplishing the deliverables and formulate recommendations and interventions for the performance and process improvement in line with the identified challenges.

One of the activities in the aforementioned workshop was the Fellowship night with a theme of “Coachella/Bohemian”. The FMS-Cash Division for Regular Programs, led by Ms. Grace Ann S. Nisperos, actively participated in the inter-division and best-dressed competition under the fellowship night.

In addition to the competitive nature and hectic schedule of CDRP, their talent, inventiveness, and love of dancing and acting were astoundingly displayed.

The CDRP boys namely Mr. Dan Arvy Saludes (w/curly hair wig), Royston Solomon, (wearing white top) and Patrick John Nicandro (w/ straight hair wig) amused the crowd by utilizing wigs and using their mother’s and sister’s dress as props and showing their natural sense of humor.

The FMS-CDRP promoted a feeling of solidarity and friendship among themselves that resulted in getting the 2nd runner up place with a cash prize of Php1,000.00 in the Inter-Division Competition.

Aside from the Inter-Division Competition, two (2) representatives from FMS-CDRP demonstrated their style, creativity, and individuality in the Best Dressed Competition.

Ms. Carmelita Coronel showed that age is just a number by placing second (2nd) among the 15 participants in the competition.

Wearing the brown-white crochet romper with matching black boots emphasized her flawless skin and gorgeous face.

While, Mr. Dan Arvy Saludes, a newly hired employee in the CDRP captivated the audience with his sense of humor and quirky personality.

The fellowship night was an infrequent social event where the CDRP had the opportunity to have fun and enjoy each other’s group within the division and/or within the whole FMS, thus fostering camaraderie, cooperation and open communication that definitely have advantages in the workplace and daily work performances. Similarly, additional happy memories were created and wonderful experiences occurred that can be preserved for future references and sharing with the newly hired employees under the CDRP
