In an exciting finale to the volleyball championship on August 8, 2024, the KC 4Ps team emerged victorious over the FMS Cool Smashers with a decisive 3-1 win in the final match of the best-of-three series. This triumph secures KC 4Ps team the championship title with a final series score of 2-0.
A Thrilling Championship Showdown
The volleyball championship featured a fierce competition between two highly skilled teams, each demonstrating exceptional talent and determination. The FMS Cool Smashers entered the final match with high hopes, having battled their way through a challenging season without a loss. However, the KC 4Ps team proved to be an impressive opponent, executing their game plan with precision.
The FMS Cool Smashers, led by Coach Ernie Gaudinez, displayed commendable sportsmanship and skill throughout the series, despite their loss. Their journey to the finals was marked by hard work and dedication, and they can take pride in their performance throughout the season
Director Belizar, who showed his support and encouragement during the game, congratulated the team for their impressive performance. He even pledged a token of award to the athletes of FMS.
“I pledge PhP5K for your 2024 Yearend fellowship (sa yearend bonus pa! 😁). Congratulations to your feat this year FMS Cool Smashers! It may not have been the Championship but the more important thing is that you’ve grown mature as athletes, and you’ve widened your perspective as persons, in the process. Congrats also to Coach Ernie! Mabuhay ang FMS!!”
As the season wraps up, all teams will take valuable lessons from the championship series. For the FMS Cool Smashers, the focus will be on analyzing their performance and preparing for the future. The volleyball community congratulates all teams and the champions on their well-earned victory and commends the FMS Cool Smashers for their remarkable season.
