The Office of the Undersecretary for the Special Committee on LGBTQIA+ Affairs warmly invites you to the Pride Webinar 2026 entitled “Learning Beyond Labels: A Pride Month Conversation,” to be held on 24 June 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, via Google Meet platform.
This Pride Webinar aims to enhance DSWD employees’ understanding of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC); gender-related concepts; gender-fair language; and the key provisions of the Safe Spaces Act to promote inclusivity, respect, and equality in the workplace. It will also feature a discussion on queerness and the role of media in shaping public perceptions and representations of diverse gender identities and expressions.
Furthermore, the webinar seeks to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical strategies to help foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all. Interested participants may register through the following link on or before 22 June 2026:
