The Accounting Division for Regular Program (ADRP), under Ms. Jobelle S. Rostata, defended its crown as a defending champion in the Performance Night in the Mid-Year Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop (MYPMEW) last June 19–21, 2024, at the Club Balai Isabel, Talisay, Batangas.
One of the key highlights that has been awaiting in every Mid-Year Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop (MYPMEW) is the performance night, also known as the FMS Inter-Division Competition, that will be joined by the different divisions of the Financial Management Service. Each of them should choreograph a performance based on the theme “SUMMER VIBES.” This competition are quite exceptional compared to the previous one. This time, there is more emphasis on creativity, concept, and attractive props.
The Mechanics
The theme of each division’s performance is “Summer Vibes.” Each division will show a performance that will include at least two (2) of the following in a five-minute presentation: (1) song; (2) dance; (3) skit; (4) spoken poetry; and (5) stand-up comedy. The criteria listed below will be used to evaluate each presentation. If any hazardous materials are utilized as props, the group will be disqualified. The Division Chiefs (DCs), Supervising Administrative Officers (SAOs), and Unit Heads are obliged to participate in the performance; each group must consist of a minimum of ten (10) individuals. Ten percent of the total scores in this competition will come from the points earned by the MYPMEW energizers.

THE RISE OF ADRP DANCE MYPMEW IN THEIR HIGH -RATING PERFORMANCE
The ADRP Dance Srew is the official name of the ADRP for their branding and promotion. It is composed of all employees, from the COS to permanent employees. It showcases the talents of the employees who belong in this division. It is headed by Ms. Dolores G. Bumanlag, the Supervising Administrative Officer of the ADRP . The actual performance was expressed through dance and a short skit. The show has a short story to tell about an employee named “Teng” who imagined spending his vacation in three beautiful tourist destinations here in the Philippines, the Baguio, Boracay, and Siargao. By means of this performance, it promoted our own tourism and industry. Each place has a group to perform. It is like a party dance and celebration that all performers seem to enjoy and clearly express the Filipino cultures and traditions. From the props to the costume outfits of the dancer, everything is very detailed and gives so much attention to dance steps and coordination. Despite the rigid schedules for practice, it is not a hindrance to their mastery of the dance step. Because of that standout performance and audience impact, ADRP once again won as a champion for the second time. The winnings gave them inspiration to strive more and a sense of confidence and life balance at work. They won a cash prize from generous MANCOM and EXECOM. They will be the next host for the Service Review and Evaluation Workshop (MYPMEW) in the year 2025.
